Then i died it dark brown almost black..(no not a mistake), but now that im 17 years old, i keep switching from blonde highlights to single process dark brown. Everyone keeps telling me that i'm fake because i dye my hair..? What should i say to people that say that to me?

since you’re only 17, i won’t tell you to say what I’D say, because there’s lots of bad words involved. 

seriously though, tell them it’s just hair.  it’s the filamentous outgrowth of dead cells from the skin.  what kind of simpleton thinks s/he can tell something about somebody by a bunch of dead cells?  they can’t.

coloring your hair is no different from putting on lip gloss or polish on your nails.  it’s something you do because you like the look, not because you’re hiding something or trying to be something you’re not.  what’s far more important is what’s going UNDER your hair—how you think and how you feel about yourself. 

tell those igmos to buzz off and get a hobby.
