fave conditioner, hands down, is trader joe’s nourish spa conditioner.  i dont have a favorite shampoo, because really, shampoo is shampoo to me.  i use herbal essences because it smells good, but that’s it.  to me, the most important part of shampooing is the deep conditioning that you do after it. that said, the one shampoo that actually did make me feel something in my heart was nexxus extreme moisture shampoo.

as far as gels/holding products, i like fantasia IC gel with sparklites (who knows wtf a sparklite is, but it works for me!), ecostyler, and when i’m balling enough for it, moroccan oil curl control mousse. 

another product i cant live without is Syd & Mea’s Finishing Slick.  it’s just freaking amazing.
