the shirtsare FITTED and they RUN SMALL.  i’ll eventually have some folks of different sizes model each shirt for me, but til then, i took pictures of myself in each size available  (S-2X).  i’m 5 ft 3, and about 155 lbs.  i prefer a medium in these shirts.  hopefully that’ll help you find a size that works for you!  also, take a look at this sizing chart for the shirts used.
